Leadership matters in all areas of life: home, church, community, and work. At West Side, we’re committed to equipping and sending out leaders who are eager to grow, learn, and serve. That’s why we host Leader Launch, a retreat designed for those who want to lead well in every aspect of their lives, with God’s help.
Join us as we explore practical topics such as:
- Navigating crucial conversations
- Developing emotional maturity
- Creating a positive culture
- Navigating change
- Responding to adversity and more

Date & Time:
- Friday, February 7: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday, February 8: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Registration is $40 per person (covers materials, dinner on Friday, and continental breakfast on Saturday)
- Every participant will receive a bundle of resources to continue learning!
